Posted Sat Feb 21 01:51AMDespite the high price range, Palo Alto real estate market has been very active and I believe it will continue the trend. Palo Alto has generally held its value very well, so if you are interested in buying in Palo Alto, you should not time the market but make an offer on the homes that you like.
If you plan to sell in Palo Alto, it does take longer than previous years to sell your home, but if you price it at market value you should see activity.
